Capital responded promptly to my email inquiry, respected that I preferred to deal with them via email until it was time to discuss trade in, and dealt with me fairly in regards to pricing. In addition I felt that Corey went out of his way to assist me in the trade in process with the logistics of getting my two cars to the dealership.
